When built as nobody, 1 test fails, 19 tests error. When built as root 2 tests fail, 10 tests error.  Is this expected?

As root, 3 error tests are about prompting for a password, 7 are for missing command par2. Should par2 be added as a TestDepends, or even a full Depends (or Recommends)?

If I install par2, then `failures=2, errors=3`:

Package update versions for duplicity, with dependencies to handle onedrive backend.  Files pass -m validation.  Some tests fail for unknown reasons as previously.
