(Sorry for adding versions at such a quick rate. While I was preparing eccodes-2.4.1-1 ECMWF already updated to version 2.5.0).

Because of numerous bug fixes, additional features, and supported formats, I would like to propose the new ECcodes version 2.5.0 to be incorporated in Fink.

Compiled and tested with "fink -m build". All tests pass.

Only required changes were changing the version number and MD5 sum in eccodes.info. No changes were needed to eccodes.patch (which still applies).

Thanks to previous constructive inputs, this now worked out of the box.

The list of files in the individual packages has not changed since the previous version.
