This is an updated version of cdo, replacing version 1.8.2 by 1.9.0, which includes minor new features and bug fixes. But more importantly, it depends on eccodes-shlibs as replacement for the no longer supported grib-api.
I needed to switch of one test because it miraculously fails, also when run with previous cdo versions 1.7.1 and 1.8.2. I presume this is a bug in the test itself.

Build with "fink -m build cdo" was successful in compilation and all other tests.
