[fink:bugs] #1662 xdotool FTBS on 10.12+

I pushed that new version, which happens to be a new libversion (libxdo3-{dev,shlibs}). Since there are no current reverse-dependencies on libxdo2-{dev,shlibs} I simply killed them on 10.12+ via Distribution tag.

Upstream has a fix since their v3.20160804.2 release: https://github.com/jordansissel/xdotool/issues/138
