[fink:package-submissions] #4735 Emacs Speaks Statistics

Sorry, sometimes I am lost as to what fields I can change as a submitter. I have updated to the current version and emacs25, and tested successfully with r-base34 on 10.12 and 10.13. I have only listed `r-base` as test dependency (two tests are looking for `R` in the search path), so the results might vary if a different package than r-base34 is installed as the highest flavour.

Elisp package providing syntax highlighting and an integrated development environment in particular for R to emacsen. Built and tested with emacs24 on 10.9 and 10.10. I am not very practised with building elisp modules, so any testing and comments are much appreciated.
