This version adds DAP extensions to the netCDF library. This comes with a change of the library version from libnetcdf.11.dylib to libnetcdf.13.dylib. Hence, this requires a new versioned package (netcdf-c13-shlibs) following up from netcdf-c11-shlibs. Otherwise the API is compatible with the previous version, so all dependencies on netcdf-c11-shlibs can be updated to netcdf-c13-shlibs. The netCDF website specifically mentions this for the netcdf-fortran and netcdf-cxx packages, which I will update forthwith. There is no change in file lis compared to the netcdf-c11 packages, except the abovementioned library name: $ dpkg -L netcdf-c13-shlibs /. /sw /sw/lib /sw/lib/libnetcdf.13.dylib /sw/share /sw/share/doc /sw/share/doc/netcdf-c13-shlibs /sw/share/doc/netcdf-c13-shlibs/README.md /sw/share/doc/netcdf-c13-shlibs/RELEASE_NOTES.md /sw/share/doc/netcdf-c13-shlibs/COPYRIGHT Prepared and tested with "fink -m build netcdf-c13".
