This is an updated version of the fftw3 package. Upstream mentioned minor bug fixes and few new features. The package also now links netcdf-c13-shlibs instead of the older netcdf-c11-shlibs (see ticket #5069).
Prepared and tested with "fink build -m". All tests passed (except the one specifically skipped for some time now).
This new submission makes the still open ticket #5039 obsolete, thus I closed that one.
