Missing the new libghemical5.patch file.

Also, just from browsing the diff output, for libghemical5:

* If you're regenerating configure w/ autogen.sh, you don't need to perl pie configure beforehand for Puma/Yosemite linking.
* If you need glibtoolize, you need a BuildDepends on libtool2.
* X11 can't be guaranteed to be in /usr/X11R6 (not present is some newer OSes). Use the fink-buildenv-helper.sh script to help set it.
* Do you need to drop fink-package-precedence? It's a very good sanity checker.
* In the Shlibs: field, if the install_name and compatibility_versions are not changing, you shouldn't change the package version field in the parantheses.

For mopac7.info, the only change seems to be losing the newline at the end of the file. That's not needed.

For liboglappth.info (not tried the build yet):

* why was fink-package-precedence dropped? It's a good tool to check against incorrect header inclusion and random linking.
* If you're running autogen.sh in CompileScript, the Puma/Yosemite fix at the end of PatchScript gets overwritten. Since you have libtool2 present during autogen.sh, the Puma fix is not needed (our libtool should do the right thing when creating the configure script).
* The SplitOff Package name should be %N-shlibs (capital N).

For ghemical.info:

* Why were the versionings reduced for many of the dependencies? Those were set like that to make sure there was a consistent set of cairo/atk/etc libraries known to work together.
* Any changes to configure in PatchScript are overwritten by ./autogen.sh in CompileScript.
* Need BDep on libtool2.
* Do you need to version the (Build)Dependency on libghemical5(-shlibs) and liboglappth(-shlibs)?
* What does the -O- flag do (in the PatchScripts)?
* Cosmetic: The indentation on the `fink` BuildDepends is spaces, not tabs like the rest of the file.

Hi.

This is a proposal to update ghemical to 3.0.0. In order to build, i had to deal with OpenGL issues. I would appreciate third party checks, before actually comitting the packages descriptions.
