Fingured this one out:  No entry in get_selfupdatetrees for 10.14. Added line to bootstrap.pm:
"10.14" => "10.9-libcxx",
Conducting build now.

Cannot run bootstrap on Mohave (10.14) Errors out with Use of uninitialized value $selfupdatetrees in concatenation (.) or string at /Users/<user name>/Downloads/fink-master/bootstrap line 653, <STDIN> line 1.
The /bin and several other directories are not created. This is following the instructions for High Sierra. This also occurs with 0.43.1
