The attached packaging for llvm38-3.8.0-1 contains the following packaging changes the llvm37 packaging...

1) Switched from BUILD_SHARED_LIBS to new LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB cmake build as Apple strongly discourages the use of BUILD_SHARED_LIBS due to the heavy performance penality from using a large number of shared libraries instead of a single unified llvm shared library.
2) Added -DLLVM_ENABLE_FFI=ON -DFFI_INCLUDE_DIR=%p/include -DFFI_LIBRARY_DIR=%p/lib to build libffi support in llvm
3) clang37-tools-shlibs split-off removed since LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB doesn't build those shared libs
4) Pass -DLLVM_BUILD_EXTERNAL_COMPILER_RT:BOOL=ON on the STAGE1_CMAKE_OPTIONS since 10.9 needs a newer clang in order to compile the tsan support. The LLVM_BUILD_EXTERNAL_COMPILER_RT option causes the stage1 compiler to be used for compiling compiler-rt allowing the build to succeed on 10.9.
5) Run the check-asan, check-profile, check-sanitizer, check-tsan, check-ubsan, check-cfi-and-supported and check-safestack testsuites for compiler-rt. Note that David has been patching utils/lit/lit/TestRunner.py to prepend 'gtimeout 1m' to the testsuite except for lines containing shell script programming. This method is problematic in compiler-rt's testsuite which uses even more shell script programming and environmentals. Skipping gtimeout for all of those is problematic since at least one of the testcases hangs. Also upstream sends rather little time on compatibility with the older darwin releases (such that the 10.10 SDK is required for some of the tsan testcases).
