Update asymptote to current 2.38 release and remove stale entry about libstdc++ usage (as builds are actually done against libc++). The info file changes are...

<  Compilation with -stdlib=libstdc++, because the asymptote code has too 
<  many incompatibilities with libc++. It uses GNU extensions in the 
<  ext include directory like <ext/slist> and internal headers like
