Komplettsicherung vor Systemupdate

Hallo,

momentan benutze ich auf einem eMac (1,25GHz, 1,25GB RAM, 40 GB HH) das=20=

inzwischen ja schon etwas =E4ltere Mac OS X.3.9, also Panther.
Nun m=F6chte ich auf Tiger updaten, allerdings vorher ein Backup machen,=20=

mit dessen Hilfe ich meinen jetzigen Zustand ohne Probleme=20
wiederherstellen kann.
Durch googeln und Lesen in Foren etc. bin ich auf eigentlich 3=20
M=F6glichkeiten gekommen (ich nehme gerne noch mehr Ideen ;-) :
Bei allen 3 Methoden w=FCrde ich von der Panther System-DVD starten und=20=

dann das Programm ausf=FChren.
1. CarbonCopyCloner (angeblich nicht mehr weiterentwickelt und daher=20
eher nicht)
2. SuperDuper!
3. Apple Festplatten-Dienstprogramm.

4. ?!?

Wie w=FCrdet ihr das machen? Was w=FCrdet ihr mir vorschlagen?
