Systemnahe Software ist bei einem Versionswechsel immer problematisch und mit Vorsicht einzusetzen. Einige Programme wie Onyx starten garnicht, wenn die sich die OS-Version geändert hat. Aus diesem Grunde mache ich vor einem Systemupgrade grundsätzlich eine komplette bootfähige Systemkopie und prüfe die entsprechenden Hersteller-Seiten auf Hinweise bzgl. der Kompatibilität. Hast Du denn die neueste Version von CleanMyMac (2.3.2) eingesetzt?
