Considering that a lot of people in the group (core or not) don't live
in the same time zone as everyone else, posting a meeting time in IRC
isn't going to help mostly when the time hasn't been discussed
beforehand. I think if a meeting needs to be scheduled, send a message
to the mailing list with an idea and what needs to be covered in the
meeting. If people can't make it, it can be discussed in the mailing
list until a time that works for all required people is figured out.

At that point, the meeting organizer should send out a confirmation
message with the agreed meeting time, place, and a TODO list that is
agreed upon. Be it IRC for discussion and voting via e-mail or
website... whatever, but there needs to be a group agreement. Or else
more chaos will occur. Also, note if a meeting should include ALL group
members, or just core members only.

Things need to be more coordinated and handled as professionally as
humanly and geekly possible. Confusion sucks and we don't need anymore
of it... mostly when we are supposed to be unconfusing and educating the
masses!

Josh: sorry for using your e-mail as a platform for this message, but
I had to bring it up since this meeting time issue has been brought up a
couple of times in the past couple of hours.
