I agree, since we all don't live in the same timezone, it is
hard to set a time for us to all get together...

The time was only meant to be tenative and not a firm date.  It's
purpose was to generate a discussion on when we could all get
together.. Sorry if it looked like it was set in stone. :)

Yes, we need to set the date, and then a TODO will be sent out
so that we can all know what is going on (and not get blindsided
at the meeting)..

I too hate confusion..  sorry..
