*Official* Color Scheme, etc.

Ok folks.  I been working on a website, and need some feedback on a color
scheme that we can use uniformly on the website.  As of now, I just did a
simple smarty-looking template site, without using the smarty engine.  You
can see what I have done so far at

yes that was done on purpose, no I don't plan on keeping it that way.  But
from lack of creativity in the webdesign part of my brain, I didn't have
anything else to go on.  The site is using my own php content system,
which I think will suffice for now.  If you have idea's on a color scheme,
or a general re-design of the site, PLEASE let me know, etc.

Also, anyone who wants to work on the website can email me, and I can
setup the user with commit access to the server, etc.
