beta site up....

I had some time, so I went ahead and did a BETA site design.  It's using
my own PHP system, and seems to be working for now.  The color scheme can
be changed, etc. but at least we have a site now...

Everyone take a look, and give some feedback on the list, etc.  Things
like what you like/dislike would be nice, and if you have some time, we
can start gathering up actual content for the site (which we currently
lack...)

I did include a part of the site for language translations....i should be
able to cover the deutsch/german translations for the site, but the others
I can't.   I just picked some randomly some of the more popular languages,
so they can be added/removed as pleased...the one's listed now are just
for "show".

so go check it out...and report back.  The more feedback that comes in,
the better the site can be.

Note: for those that have write access to the site, try not to change
every little thing that is suggested right away...but your welcome to
modify my code/html/css as you please, just keep the Changelog file in the
document root up to date until we get the CVS stuff worked out...there are
a couple portions of the php that do need changed...i just did a quick
hack to get stuff working for now. ;-)
