As we discussed on IRC, I wanted to get a thread started with Eric, you
and I so that we can get everything set up properly, so here it is. We
need:

1. Mirroring. Eric: Josh mentioned on IRC that he'd be perfectly fine
with this. Eric and Josh: get in touch with each other and get this
   done!
2. CVS. This is essential---we needed it months ago. Any progress? We
need to establish project and vendor/release tags for CVS. Here's my
suggestion: A. create the bsdadvocacy.org and bsdevents.org projects
in the repository (use the default /usr/local/cvsroot), B. use
"BSDADVOCACY" as the vendor tag and C. use "BSDADVOCACY_0" and
   "BSDEVENTS_0" as respective release tags.
3. Software. We need: databases/db41, databases/pear-DB,
   databases/postgresql7, www/apache, www/mod_php4 and www/smarty.
4. Coders. I made a post a month or two ago asking for volunteers to
   start building a rudimentary database / Web front-end. I got a grand
total of zero responses. If anyone is interested in volunteering,
~now~ is the time to speak up!

I believe that I have admin access to both bsdevents.org and
bsdadvocacy.org---well, at least one of them. If you need any
assistance, e-mail me. I'm having another very busy weekend, but I
might be able to do something this week.

If you need a quick chat, remember I idle in #bsd-advocacy on Freenode.
And that reminds me---can someone set up an eggdrop bot to gateway
Freenode and Peter's network?
