I'm definitely familiar with Smarty and PostgreSQL :) And I'm definitely 
interested in contributing to the development and promotion of BSD in 
any way I can; I've little time to do a whole lot for kernel development 
and such, so this seems like a good way to give back to the community.

I can also host stuff, if that's necessary.
