Ok, I just got caught up... I thought I was going to have to try to jump in and say "Whoa! Timeout.." when I started seeing the flames flying. It looks like it's resolving itself (hopefully) so.. <soap box> Here's the deal.. I know that when I start to get really involved in something that, when someone tells me something that fires me up, I start to act without a whole lot of thought... I would like to see everyone take a deep breath, and step back for a moment and regain their focus on what we are trying to do and set aside any differences that might be creeping up.. Everyone here is entitled to their point of view, and by people voicing their opinions on how they feel things are going *WE* will make progress. But each of us needs to do a few things: 1. Check to make sure that the point they are trying to get across is clear and concise (I am personally guilty of that). If it isn't, instead of racing to reply, re-think what you are trying to say. 2. If you read something posted here that is starting to fire you up, take the high road and *DONT* let it turn into a flame war. Like someone said on the other list: Scope creep is bad (to paraphrase). 3. (This is really going to sound like I am preaching to the choir here, so please don't take it personally I'm just trying to keep us focued): KEEP ON TRACK! </soap box> Thank you Now, where were we? -Stacy
