Minutes of meeting #1

Ok,
I'm putting up a summarized list of topics that we voted on 
during the meeting on the digiflux site. (I'll post
an announcemnt here once it is up).

Please take time to look at it and let me know what I missed..

I would like to keep some sort of minutes of each meeting, that 
way we have something to look back on for reference (and it 
serves as a record of what we are doing).

Another thing,
I would like input from each of you who attended the first 
meeting on what you thought.  Good points, bad points, etc.
The purpose being that we can use it to make things run a 
bit smoother next time.
