Ok,
I'm going thru this mess called an IRC log :) and one thing
that I've noticed is we *REALLY* need to decide on a few
ground rules for the meetings in the future:

1. People use their *REAL* names, makes it easier to go back
and read the logs later and know who said what.
2. Make sure that once the time to vote comes, EVERYONE is
in full understanding of what is being voted on.
3. All votes cast are final (how many times did we keep
voting on the same subject last night, since it seemed like
there was some confusion on what every wanted to do? Some
   votes changed each time)
4. Do we vote on anything if all the people are not present? Or
do we hold a meeting to discuss minor issues, saving the
bigger ones for when everyone is present?

Just some thoughts from reading the log.

(It's comig along, will be up shortly)
