I think BEFORE we have the meeting, we should the topics of discussion
clearly laid out in chronological order....with detailed information about
that topic.  This can perhaps be placed on the website, or some other
place that everyone can refer back to.  If a meeting is scheduled, then
prior to that meeting, we should all be thinking about things we would
like to discuss, and have them posted (with DETAILED information *cough*
affiliation topic *cough*) before the meeting gets started.  After we get
through the topics that we have, the floor can be opened to whatever
anyone wants to talk about.
