I agree.. I hate the term "committee" though.. Every committee I have 
ever been on ends up a bunch of non-knowledgable people who just want to 
have meetings all the time and never do anything.  It just leaves a bad 
taste in my mouth.

I still like "CORE", but I don't see any mindset either really..

Anyway, if we are to change it, can we come up with something other than 
Committee? How about Lead Group, or Directors, or Team Leads, ??
