Updated: unifont/-fonts/-viewer 17.0.01 - Unicode complete BMP and more glyph coverage fonts and utilities

GNU Unifont is a Unicode font collection with glyphs for all
visible Unicode Basic Multilingual Plane (the first 64K)
character code points and many more, with supporting utilities
to view, define, modify, and convert fonts.

NOTE: Releases from 15.1 do not include Truetype format, only Opentype
format Unifont fonts, as previously announced.
As these fonts are bitmap glyphs rendered into modern font formats,
both formats should render the same glyphs.
All modern systems support both Opentype and Truetype format fonts,
so there should be few or no issues if releases provide only Opentype
format Unifont, which are less than half the file size of the Truetype
format.
A known issue with TrueType is Pango combining character rendering not
being fixed as the Pango maintainers want to support only OpenType.
If anyone encounters issues using the Opentype format Unifont,
please let us know so we can address any issues.

- All C programs are now configured to compile cleanly with the GCC
  flags "-std=c99", "-Wall", and "-pedantic".
  This should allow compilation with all versions of GCC from GCC 4.2.1
  (the last version with a GPLv2 license) to the latest.
  GCC 4.2.1 compiles C99 sources, but not by default and so requires the
  "-std=c99" flag to compile hex2otf.c.

- The unifont.info Texinfo file is now installed in $(PREFIX)/share/info
  compressed with "gzip -9" by default.

- COPYING: changed old FSF street address to FSF URLs now that the FSF
  no longer maintains a physical office.

- Makefile:
  - Compile all programs using "-std=c99".
  - Add "-pedantic" to CFLAGS definition.
  - Add unifontpic.h file dependency for unifontpic.c.
  - Add hangul.h file dependency for unihangul-support.c.
  - Changed install target to install doc/unifont.info.gz or
    doc/unifont.info and doc/unifont-he-zhixiang.png in
    $(DESTDIR)/share/info.
    Previously, these files were installed in $(PKGDEST).

- doc:
  - Renamed he-zhixiang.png to unifont-he-zhixiang.png.
  - Modified hex2otf.texi and unifont.texi to refer to
    unifont-he-zhixiang.png instead of he-zhixiang.png.

- doc/Makefile:
  - The install target now installs unifont.info.gz or unifont.info and
    unifont-he-zhixiang.png in $(DESTDIR)/share/info directory.

- font/Makefile:
  - Create font/coverage.txt and then install it in $(COMPILED_DIR) so
    that it is updated in both places.

- hex2otf.c, johab2syllables.c, unibdf2hex.c, unifont1per.c, and unihexpose.c:
  - Added "void" to function prototype and function definition for
    functions that have no parameters.

- unipagecount.c, unihexgen.c, unigenwidth.c, unigencircles.c,
  unifontpic.c, unidup.c, unifont1per.c, and unicoverage.c:
  - Changed types for sscanf and fscanf parameters from "int *" to
    "unsigned *" to match function definitions.

- unibmp2hex.c:
  - Added double-width block U+11B60..U+11B7F (Sharada Supplement).

- unipagecount.c: added parameter to strlen prototype.
