This release provides the latest OpenSSL 3.5 LTS release (EOL in April
2030) and uses the Fedora 44 patches (without FIPS and foreign CPU
architecture support).  Since this is a switch from OpenSSL 3.0 LTS,
please note that there are several functionality enhancements and
changes to defaults, see the "Major Changes…" section at the end of
these documents:

The OpenSSL toolkit provides support for secure communications between
machines. OpenSSL includes a certificate management tool and shared
libraries which provide various cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
