Mesa is an open-source implementation of the OpenGL, OpenGL ES,
and EGL specifications for rendering interactive 3D graphics.

Breaking changes:

The OSMesa library ("offscreen mesa") has been removed upstream. It is 
suggested to use surfaceless EGL instead.

The package for the (internal) libglapi0 library has been removed as 
it's now statically linked.
