Test: wxWidgets3.2 3.2.11-1

Version 3.2.11 of "wxWidgets3.2" has been uploaded as a test package.

wxWidgets3.2 is a cross-platform GUI toolkit for GTK and Qt written in C++.

This update provides the following packages:

- wxWidgets3.2 (source package).

- wxWidgets3.2-debuginfo

- wxWidgets3.2-doc

- libwx_baseu3.2_11

- libwx_baseu3.3-devel

- libwx_gtk2u3.3_11

- libwx_gtk2u3.2-devel

- libwx_gtk3u3.2_11

- libwx_gtk3u3.2-devel

- libwx_qtu3.2_11

- libwx_qtu3.2-devel

This update brings wxWidgets 3.2, while keeping the older wxWidgets3.0 
and wxWidgets3.1 packages for compatibility.

The git repository at
https://cygwin.org/git-cygwin-packages/?p=git/cygwin-packages/wxWidgets3.2.git;a=summary
has also been updated.

This is a rebuild with the correct configure arguments so that dependent 
projects can now build correctly, including wxPython,but wxPython can 
currently not be built against wxWidgets 3.2 on Cygwin as libbacktrace 
isn't available on Cygwin at the moment. This is probably one of the 
next things I will try to rectify if I can. The updated packaging was 
inspired by Carlo Bramini managing to get wxWidgets 3.2 and 3.3 to build 
on Cygwin, albeit without our patches and with some different 
configuration options. This is the first step towards getting a more 
properly up-to-date wxPython working on Cygwin.

The tests won't even compile at the moment, so I'll just have to be 
doing some very rudimentary testing unfortunately. If anyone has any 
suggestions for what I should try compiling to test it, I'll be happy to 
oblige.
