Yeah, this shows up when building the libxcb documentation with doxygen as well. When I investigated, it seems like the dot processes have all finished, but doxygen is still waiting for them (so a signal gone missing maybe?). This seems to be a regression which slipped in between 3.3.6 and 3.4.0, but I haven't bisected it further than that.
