The only message with email provider id I can find is:

Message-ID: <38bec017-d547-4dac-a1b7-cb0c680df2e4-08AYpwWsK/PDgnIOaMkZ8rDks+cytr/[email protected]>

so that implies that some of my messages were "sent", but my original announce 
messages are generated with `-cygport-` between cygport timestamp and my email 
address, a la git send-email, which inserts `.git.`.
