Is there a way to make test packages as stable?

Hi there,

Now I've tested the new versions of wxWidgets and wxPython, I wanted to 
mark the packages as stable and re-upload, but it looks like I can't do 
that. I could have sworn there was an "untest" command for cygport, but 
that doesn't seem to work now.

I tried running "package" instead and then "upload", but the packages 
were rejected for being identical to the test version. I'm now 
rebuilding the packages, but as this takes quite some time, is there a 
workaround for next time?
