Requesting ddrescue 1.30

Hi there,

Can't remember where the right place to ask is, but I just wanted to 
politely request that ddrescue 1.30 be packaged for Cygwin - a program 
I've written and maintain depends on ddrescue and would benefit from 
this addition.
