Please don't, any of these that is maintained by some other person than
me just makes my life more difficult when it comes to updating Perl
and/or make sure that some other update isn't creating unresolvable
dependency chains.  Just ask for them to be added and if they're not
something exotic or unmaintained upstream I'll provide them like
(almost) all others.

Most likely a messed up path and some other Perl than Cygwin's coming
first.  And that's another thing you may not be aware of yet, but if you
want to maintain Cygwin packages you need to have a squeaky clean build
environment that ideally should not be used for anything else.
