so you need to install libQt5Core-devel

SRC_DIR is the name of the Directory in the Cmake tar file.
And the upstream file looks as expected

$ tar -tf cmake-4.3.2.tar.gz |head
cmake-4.3.2/
cmake-4.3.2/Auxiliary/
cmake-4.3.2/Auxiliary/CMakeLists.txt
