Thanks Jon,

This library has not been updated for five years, so the cygport has liekly 
fallen behind updates I've done to other Mingw64 packages.
I'll have another look comparing it to how I'm dealing with Mingw64 curl, and 
make any adjustments I've made there to this before retrying under Scallywag.
