Using cpan

I'm not having much luck with Perl and Cygwin...

I want to install the module MIME::Tools and any dependencies under Cygwin.

I tried "$ cpan MIME::Tools" and I get the errors below.  My Perl program
can't find MIME::Parser

Tried this on a machine with ActivePerl and PPM and all goes smoothly.

Suggestions?
