[1.7] Updated: xinit-1.1.1-4

The following package has been updated for Cygwin 1.7:

* xinit-1.1.1-4

This releases fixes a few bugs reported to the list:

* Don't add '.' to $PATH in startxwin.bat.
* startxwin.bat should set CYGWIN_ROOT correctly now, regardless of
   where Cygwin is installed.  It can be overriden by setting it in
   the environment as a DOS path to the top of the Cygwin installation.
* Updated comments in startxwin.{bat,sh}.
* Create Windows Start Menu shortcuts again.
