[1.7] Updated: gnome-common-2.26.0-2

The following packages have been updated for Cygwin 1.7:

*** gnome-common-2.26.0-2

gnome-common includes scripts used upstream, and by cygport, for 
autotoolizing GNOME source tarballs.

This is an update to the latest upstream version, and includes a patch 
to support tarballs which already ship with automake-1.11.
