New versions of 'XmHTML/libXmHTML0/libXmHTML-devel' have been uploaded to a server near you.

 o Build against latest libpng15
   (uses libpng build patch from http://cvs.pld-linux.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/cvs/packages/XmHTML/XmHTML-libpng.patch)
 o Build for cygwin 1.7.16 with gcc-4.5.3
 o Uses cygport-0.11.0 for .hint files generation
