[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: xorg-server-1.16.2-1

The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

*** xorg-server-*1.16.2-1

These packages contain XWin and the other X.Org X11 servers.

In addition to upstream fixes [1][2], the following cygwin-specific 
changes have been made since 1.16.1-3:

* Use the modern clipboard viewer API, which doesn't require 
applications to maintain the clipboard viewer list, when available (on 
Vista and later)
* Log clipboard formats when GetClipboardData() fails
* Log name of owning HWND when OpenClipboard fails
* In multiwindow mode, add EWMH properties for describing multiple 
desktops to the root window (Thanks to Yaakov Selkowitz
for the patch)
* Fix a problem with logging using a format specifier with a variable 
field width or precision
* Default to -noresize when -fullscreen is used
* Propagate crashreporter exit code through the xorg-crashreport script
