Request xfig update

Hi there,

Thank for providing Cygwin-xfree.
I always use Xfig-3.2.5b/Transfig-3.2.5d drawing tool.
It is very useful.

Now according to Xfig web, their versions are xfig.3.2.5c/transfig.3.2.5e.
So I hope that they are updated.
