The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* fbpanel-6.1-6

fbpanel is a lightweight, NETWM compliant desktop panel. It works with
any NETWM compliant window manager.

This release updates the logout icon in the default multiwindow config
for GTK+ 3.14.
