This is great!  Thank You!

I think with this and the great work Marco Atzeri did on additional Python modules (needing rust to compile) for Ansible I should now have everything I need.   I will now try to use Cygwin to create a VScode setup in Cygwin with newest/relatively new Ansible core so that all the VScode Ansible plugins work correctly.  This will allow me to create a fully working VScode Ansible and Jinja2 IDE in windows via Cygwin without needing any admin rights on the windows side.

I will let this group know how I make out or if I run into any issues.
