Hi Dr Bean, This is caused by an old version of target-lexicon being pulled in. v0.13.3 of target-lexicon added support for Cygwin targets. https://github.com/bytecodealliance/target-lexicon/commit/03a3e6966c6ffa4d5685411a202339627fb28f41 It's a transitive dependency of pyo3-build-config. You would have to upgrade pydantic to v2.13.0b1 to fix that.
