For loading files from the phone it's actually easier to do it the other 
way around:
Install SFTP server 
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.becke.sftp_server__s0_v1
then use you local sftp, cd /sdcard etc.
Or you could use adb via USB cable.
