As just one random volunteer updating software and packages in which I am 
interested, for the all-volunteer open source project Cygwin, we welcome 
volunteer contributions from paid employees of government organisations, to 
generate and submit documentation or reports to this public mailing list, for 
our review and comment, to ensure that the documentation you produce about our 
project is accurate, in order to meet your requirements.
