wlan_serialize into master

Hi,

With wlan_serialize I don't have to up ral0 before upping wlan0 (or use
/etc/start_if.wlan0 on boot). Box will hang on master without this
workaround.

So, any thoughts on bringing the wlan_serialize branch by Johannes
Hofmannfrom git://
leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~hofmann/dragonfly.git into master?
