Google Code-In status for 2013

Google has announced their third Code-In event:

This is like Summer of Code, but for ages 13-17, with smaller, shorter
tasks.  DragonFly participated in the inaugural Code-In, but we skipped
last year.

We had a lot of success when we did it that first year, but my winters are
a lot more busy these days and it was intense work.  I'm not currently
planning to apply for DragonFly, but please speak up if this is something
you want to put effort into.
