AF_ARP missing

Hi, We don't have defined AF_ARP in `sys/socket.h`. FreeBSD and NetBSD do have it defined. According to the information I've found it is (or can be) used for rfc826 and rfc903. I have found two commits in FreeBSD related to this [1][2]. Also two commits in NetBSD [3][4]. Linux and OpenBSD do not have it defined either. Please share your thoughts.
