TinyBSD to be removed

TinyBSD hasn't been updated in about a decade. The last commits in the
google code site were in 2011. The kernel configs are full of removed
devices and don't have the required changes from the past 10ish years.

I plan on removing it. Please comment on https://reviews.freebsd.org/D33450
